After endless testing, we have finally created a real crowd-pleasing rum punch. It has been thoroughly tested by the Sarasota Yacht Club and our friends in Thompson’s Cove on the Turks and Caicos island of Providenciales. You will make friends very quickly when you serve this!
We make it by the gallon. On a recent trip to Useppa Island, we made four gallons on the fly. Thirsty boaters could not get enough.
EQUAL PARTS of the following and pour over ice…
- Bicardi Gold Rum
- Malibu Coconut Rum
- Orange Juice
- Cranberry Juice
- Pineapple Juice
If you decide to make it by the gallon, pour three cups of each ingredient which will fill your jug nicely – 120 oz.
